1 General Rules

These terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") form a binding agreement between the authority operating the bd bajy platform and each user of the platform. By accessing the bd bajy website, creating an account, or using any service, the user is deemed to have given full consent to every provision of these Terms.

If any user disagrees with any part of these Terms, they must refrain from using any services of bd bajy. The authority reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. If a user continues to use the platform after amended Terms are published, that will be considered acceptance of the new terms.

2 Account Registration and Eligibility

Each user may open only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person's name, all of them will be closed and any withdrawal requests from those accounts will be considered void. All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.

3 Account Security and Responsibility

The user is solely responsible for keeping their account login credentials — username and password — completely confidential. Allowing anyone else to use the account is prohibited. The user bears full responsibility for all activity carried out through their account.

If a user suspects unauthorized use of their account, they must immediately notify the bd bajy support team. Any loss resulting from failure to notify the authority will be the user's own responsibility.

• Passwords should be changed regularly.
• Easily guessable passwords should not be used.
• After logging in on a public or shared device, you must log out.
• The mobile number linked to the account must remain active, as OTP verification is sent to that number.

4 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit Methods

bd bajy currently accepts bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay for deposits. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Transactions must be completed after carefully verifying the deposit amount.

4.2 Withdrawal Methods

bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay can also be used for withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.

For withdrawals, users must use the same payment method used for the deposit. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not accepted.

4.3 Transaction Verification

The authority reserves the right to verify any transaction. In the case of unusual transactions, the authority may request additional information and may temporarily suspend processing of the transaction.

5 Bonus and Promotion Terms

bd bajy offers bonuses and promotions to users from time to time. Each bonus has its own conditions, and bonus funds cannot be withdrawn without meeting them.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. Before withdrawing the bonus amount, a wagering requirement of 15 times the bonus must be completed. For example: if a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳1,500 bonus, the total balance will be ৳2,500, and wagering of ৳1,500 × 15 = ৳22,500 must be completed before withdrawing the bonus.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus offer may be claimed only once per account, unless the terms state otherwise.
• Bonus claims must be submitted within the specified time limit.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — the wagering requirement must be met first.
• Attempting to claim bonuses from multiple accounts will result in all accounts being cancelled.
• The authority reserves the right to change or cancel any promotion at any time.

5.3 VIP Cashback

bd bajy VIP members receive weekly cashback, which is a fixed percentage of the week's net losses. The maximum weekly cashback is 0.3% at Bronze level, 0.6% at Silver, 0.9% at Gold, and 1.2% at Platinum level. Cashback eligibility depends on regular play and the account remaining active.

6 Game Rules and Code of Conduct

While playing on bd bajy, users must maintain honest and fair conduct. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or technical errors.
• Placing bets using automated software, bots, or scripts.
• Colluding with other users for fraudulent betting.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial transactions.
• Operating an account under a false identity or using another person's information.
• Harassing or threatening other users.

If evidence of any of the above activities is found, the authority reserves the right to suspend or permanently close the account and cancel all related transactions.

7 Account Suspension and Closure
